He cited brisk put institutional selling, especially in the April 70 strike price, early Monday before the stock ran up.

This answers this morning question if someone was selling or buying the block of 9,000 put contracts. It looks like an institution may be interested in buying 900,000 shares of AMD at 70, which adds up to $63 million investment, acquiring almost 1% of the company.
