FWIW, I just looked, and Value Line says its beta = 1.3. I always thought it was 1.5 or 1.6, at least it was that for a long time. But this week does give me cause for concern. It's that the CPI and PPI come out the same time as the SUNW announcement. With all this over-reaction to everything and wild swings becoming the order of the day, what's called for here is an option straddle. It's hard to say what will happen, but it's unlikely we'll stand still. I think I'll buy some puts and calls just for the hell of it. --QS
