Dear JDN: What a rechid day! I sure hope I'm wrong, but I have the sinking feeling that a number of stocks will not have their runs (up) to earnings and that even good earnings numbers won't do a number of stocks much good.

My evidence? Well ARM (ARMHY) reported earnings today which were MUCH better than expected and guess what? ARMHY is _down_ over 18. Run up to earnings? Well, not this quarter so down was DOWN.

Even doing taxes is better than looking at the results of today's blood letting.

Shaking my head in frustration-

Regards,

Lynn

I'm with you all, yes this is a wild stock. Bought three positions today and am deep in the hole on all three but there will be light in that tunnel. if it drops more buy more and if it never comes back it was a wild ride. Remember the old market adage buy low and sell high and this should be a great example of that in just a few days. Lets see!!

The Kangas Krew had some character from Merrill-Lynch on who seemed to be credited with the rout. I've always thought that if ML knows something it isn't worth knowing.

But that's JMHO.
