Dear Zepper: GBLX secondary offering was priced at 33. This represents 43 MILLION additional shares plus I believe 4 million related to Convertible Preferred. Half the additional shares represent monies going into GBLX as well as all the Convertible. The other half was officers and others selling locked up shares. IMHO this put a drag on the share price. Its done now, the company says they have locked up sufficient funds now for all of 2,000 expansion plans so from here on out, I would say, it depends on the companies execution of its business plan and the general market. Personally, I think its a very good buy at these levels. JDN
