Yes, a mind warp again. From the website...

Barrick must make exploration expenditures of US$ 10.5 million (COMPLETED) and a positive production decision, based on a full feasibility study, and including a capital budget, by June, 2000, or elect to make further exploration expenditures of US$ 4 million annually and in perpetuity until a positive production decision is reached. The Diablillos agreement provides for a nominal buy-back provision should Barrick not meet these commitments. Barrick is the operator of the Diablillos project.

Best of Luck,

Ross
