TA on CREE: overhang MA's at 140-145, resistance at 150

all relevant Moving Averages now are in decline
we will need at least 3 weeks for realignment, not good
thus they will be serving as resistance levels
its move to 116 today had typical not-high volume

relative strength was terrible last week early
now it has picked up some, but remains under midlevel 50

with good news, I expect a quick run to at least 150
the kneejerk overshoot would take it to 160-165 or so
but that would evaporate in minutes or hours
which would make for a great CovCall opportunity

with bad news, I expect a retest of lows, but think 105-110 would hold

earnings announcement is Thursday
the news should be unequivocally positive
expansion is colossal for production
I might add CREE shares tomorrow
but I am tapped out on margin

QCOM is offering my account stability, but I hate using too much margin

Angie says: cree shmee, can you make sequins out of those LED's???
