Captain Jack: "Don't you just wonder why jj had that leaked? And who would care if IE was opened?" It's difficult to decipher if it was JJ. To be quite frank in respect to who would care if IE was opened, I would care; just due to the fact that it's MSFT's intellectual property which belongs to MSFT to do as they see fit and not anyone else. I however, have no idea whether or not that particular circumstance would negatively impact their business or not. It's the notion of succumbing to their purpose that I remain defiant about. From what I have seen and heard, I'm proud of them for resisting legal extortion. Make no mistake about it, I would welcome a settlement and still believe it is feasible, if and when the plaintiff's reckon what they have at risk, as well as what is at risk. Regards, Gary
