rudedog, thanks for the response. I hope your facts are correct. I do not like to see Gov't intervention any more than the next guy. I was, however, aware of the fact that the practice I cited as an example of Microsoft's tactics was in fact only an issue with Win95 sales and the previous action. Still, if what you say about the practice never being mandatory is true, then I am certainly glad to hear it. Here's to a better day tomorrow!
