I would whole heartedly agree. I would add that for someone to use their science class to imply a purpose (or lack of one)in the creation of the universe is anything but reasonable.

Well, I am not affiliated because I am up in the air about too many things, but I think that you are wrong to say that the nonsense is "palpable". Still, it is not my place to defend any particular religion......

I brought it up not as an issue of imposing faith on a science class, but as an issue of acknowledging that science does not speculate beyond physical causes, and therefore that it will always frame answers in those terms........
