If cash is king then I am in trouble (not the first time) I am fully invested in stocks that I think have a great future and fully margined. If I'm wrong then there is going to be a great crash in the world and my portfolio. Hoping for the best as always.

I dont think this thread nor the market are dead or coming to an end.

Regarding this thread the primary poster is gone and he posted the largest percentage but the posters left here are calm, collected and knowledgeable. This thread still has more posts than many on SI I follow. I also believe that another one of the posters here (Jakestraw) is either on vacation or doing something else.

Regarding the market...its not dead. Depends on who you are in the market. I think with the current volatility one has to be nimble and smart. Maybe cash is king but it all depends how you use your cash. Even though I trade (prefer the swing or position trade) I find myself being cautious, more cash in my portfolios, and taking profits more often. Still have a long portfolio but not sure with recent valuations if thats a smart idea any more or not. One idea I have is partaking of a wireless fund.

Oh well. Cant recommend any particular stocks right now but I still have AOL, EGRP, COMS, ERICY, and a few other suspects though I have pared my holdings considerably.

Good luck to all.....

Jane
