Auric; you may be investigated by the SEC, for your actions, here. You just pasted an SEC case, which has nothing to do with LPTHA, except that you would like to plant the suggestion of fear in LPTHA investors - to show that some stocks can indeed be investigated for fraud. We don't have to worry at all about Lightpath Technologies, as we have excellent management and an extraordinary Chairman of our Board, Mr. Ripp.

However, you Auric, on the other hand, may have something to worry about, with regard to the SEC. You have written fraudulent statements about Lightpath Technologies, in your harassing posts, here. It is clear to me, that you are on a misguided campaign to attempt to discredit Lightpath, using unlawful means.
