Ericsson is now really interesting... they were talking about 10% handset margin last year. But have they stopped drifting downmarket or not? The continued talk of component shortages is surprising - this was the post-Christmas quarter. If Ericsson phone sales growth is below 20% year-on-year, analysts might finally gain a clue about where the industry is heading.

Nokia now has a shot at overtaking Motorola permanently in the wireless network market... that would probably play better on Wall Street than phone success.
