Interesting page. It doesn't say anything about PCI parameters 64 vs 32 bit, 66 vs 33 MHz, but still, useful.

I don't know what the maximum amount of memory or number of DIMMs it can be divided into.

Unfortunately, it looks like 760/770 will support only 4 DIMMs (Mem Rows / 2?). Hopefully, with higher memory density, it will be sufficient. I would like to see some info on HotRail chipsets. Or, maybe AMD could somehow persuade ServerWorks to diversify and support Athlon as well

Did you notice the info on Solano 815? The info is incomplete, but it looks like Intel is building another piece of junk! It's no BX. Of course, no DDR, No ECC, it looks like only 2 DIMMs (why else would there be a 512 MB memory limit?)
