CD: CCR - I have watched this for some time now and I don't see it going much lower here. It is the cream of the crop in the mortgage lending area and you are correct in that it is beaten up with the rest.

I still like techs and, thus, they will get killed when the Naz tanks as you know. BUt regardless of short term direction and volatility, I have a hard time getting excited about anything not tech for the long term.
