MGI: We'll have to look deeper to find out whether the sale of assets will be good or bad for us. Typically, when holding a REIT when they sell a property. . . they will pay out like 96% or whatever. . of the amount they took in for the sale. . .in other words. . suddenly the company pays out a special one time dividend to shareholders of say, several dollars per share. So termination is not necessarily a bad thing. . . but we should look deeper into specifics of MGI. Rande Is
