Arkansas Panel Considering Complaint against Hillary

(CNSNews.com) - The same Arkansas Supreme Court panel that is considering a complaint to disbar President Clinton is also reviewing allegations that Hillary Rodham Clinton, through her Whitewater dealings, violated the Arkansas code of conduct requiring lawyers to act with honesty and integrity. According to press reports, the Arkansas Supreme Court's Committee on Professional Conduct is considering whether Mrs. Clinton - as a lawyer in Little Rock - created a real estate document that was later used by Jim and Susan McDougal (her Whitewater partners) to deceive federal regulators. The complaint against Mrs. Clinton was filed by the Landmark Legal Foundation, and the Clintons' attorney, David Kendall, Monday dismissed it as "partisan nonsense." The same committee is giving President Clinton until April 21 (Good Friday) to respond to a request that he be disbarred for lying under oath about his relationship with Monica Lewinsky.
