Mani, <But not so sure about the $1.07 EPS, it is possible though, if we can get some margin improvements.> At 1.07B, the $1.07 EPS is highly unlikely. It would have been possible but looks like we may have substantial "Jerry Tax" this quarter. Without the "Jerry Tax", assuming 1.07B, the EPS range looks like $0.90-$1.10 to me. Fortunately all the possible permutations yield numbers well above the consensus or the whisper so we probably will do fine. Well, we will know tomorrow. Chuck
