SNTS ~ it looks like they didn't file with the SEC and went to the pink sheets. You can look it up at www.otcbb.com by searching for the stock symbol. I looked it up, and it does show a deletion date, and on freeedgar there are no filings showing. I'd paste it, but I can't copy and paste in the stupid browser I'm in right now.
