one technique to look at: use the SP500 barra growth and sp500 barra value

sometimes it can tell you which strategy to use.
no need to listen to cnbc "gurus" on growth vs. value debate.

SGP (drug sector) looks good. missed the bottom, but i think it's a good position trade.

nothing sexy, <grin>

pull up weekly chart and plot volume... notice that accumulation.

same for walmart and see how it went from 48 to 63 in a few weeks.

will research further.. looking at home depot as well.

that's not good? usually for a flush out bottom, we gap down and work up during the day.
