Claude:

I am a bit puzzled. I am trying to decide if you are
a newsletter writer, or a commentator on stocks that are
on the move, or both. I am not aware of any other
newsletter writer who comments on stocks on the internet,
and at the same time writes a letter on the stocks in
the sector. It seems to me that this sets up a conflict
of interest, much as if an IR person of a company getting
involved with posts on that specific company's thread.

What exactly are you trying to accomplish by commenting
on stocks you haven't recommended, as well as the ones
you have? Makes me wonder why I bothered to subscribe to
your letter. When you state that you think this stock
is overvalued, are you aware that you might influence
some to sell, and thereby lead to drop in the value of
my holdings? Or any other stock, for that matter.

I don't recall you mentioning IWA last fall, when it was
clearly a great buy. I originally bought the stock last
year because I have met management, and
was convinced that they were headed toward production.
They believed back then that they had not just one, but
several million oz of gold, even without the recent discovery.

With regard to the price movement, that is clearly what
happens to a stock when the expectation is that the
company has a new, important discovery, with unknown
potential. Who knows? There could be several million
ounces just in the present discovery. I don't think
that the two majors that have expressed interest in the
project are just blowing smoke. You suggest that
they need " 2 to 3 million ounces" to justify the present
market cap. Apparently, that is what the market anticipates.
There may be a lot more to this story than you are aware
of.

In the end, any comments you make or that I post won't
have much effect on the ultimate price this stock achieves.
If they have the goods, as I believe they do, this stock
is going much higher, whether you believe that it is over-
valued or not. If I am wrong, then we may have seen the
highs already.
