This is a sad story. The company made $1.1 M in revenues last year, but the CEO has the nerve to pay himself a $315,000 per year salary. For a company that is $5 M in debt, that's insane. On top of that, they kept trying to time the market by repeatedly delaying the IPO, causing many investors to shy away. It's almost as if they've been pressured into going public to pay for some of their outstanding advertising debt. I realize the entire market had a bad day and IPOs aren't doing so well, but I think CoolSavings missed their chance last November. It's going to be a long uphill climb unless someone buys them out.
