Let's not forget that this huge, powerful competitor won't react like it would've 5 years ago because of what is happening to MSFT.

If INTC could crush AMD, would they? I think the only thing keeping INTC from getting an anti-trust case is AMD. Like it or not, INTC needs AMD to stay in business.
