Chic,

I hope that we don't let another democrat in, but part of me thinks it's going to happen.

I agree. If a Democrat ever gets elected president, the stock market will certainly crash.

If we get Gore, it's only moves us closer to communism

chic,

Sorry but statements like that are annoying. Its not communism that we will get closer to(btw you sound like my parents) but socialism. And I am not sure that that is what Gore is a proponent of.

As for bush he looks to me like a spent, alchy frat boy.

Chic,

I'm hoping for Bush, maybe he can reduce my taxes.

The big 6 year run in the stock market began after two key events reversed the explosive growth of the national debt. The first was passage of Clinton's Deficit Reduction Act in September, 1993- which included a mix of tax hikes and budget cuts. The second was the large scale budget cuts by Congress in 1995.

Prior to Clinton's election, the US Government was headed for a collision course with bankruptcy, due to high inflation in the 70's and massive tax cutting combined with massive growth in government spending in the early 1980's. We can ill afford a repeat of the 1980's.

OT: What is really sad about Gore is allot of people will believe his statement about how he created the Internet.

And your right he's a dumbass who will Tax and Spend the middle class hardcore.

Bush will help the republicans pass taxed reductions bills, Gore will just veto them.
