Marc, I've also heard that the p/c ratio got down below 0.4, which is extreme bullishness. With the divergence between the NYSE and OTC, and the divergence among the NYSE and OTC indicators, it would appear that the market needs to be evaluated sector by sector. Right now, real estate and oil services are the only sectors with consistently strong relative strength. Raising cash when the markets are diverging may not be a bad idea. Good luck with your SPY hedge. It could pay off sooner than you think! Dick
