Incidentally, Microsoft is not a trust, nor is QUALCOMM so I don't see why they should be prosecuted under 'anti-trust' laws, which are unconstitutional and will probably be dumped by the Supreme Court as such, just as the laws against women voting, laws in favour of racial segregation and against homosexuals were dumped as unconstitutional.
