up or down, don't matter"

I agree with the above statement. whether banks, nets, telcos, etc. what moves is the thing to trade. if "junk" stocks(lower teir inets for example) make a run on mo-mo or some flimsy news release short that sucker and make money on the way down. those stocks that run too far too fast are canidates for downside so I go both short on the high flyers and long on the beaten down quality names that show promise.

anything I go long on I don't mind holding for a while. so if they go lower I wait it out.
