Mark,

The Company is a bankrupt shell with a court case still pending. What is of interest is that Trinity Group, a Bass Brothers company, own a number of shares in this shell. This is a pure gamble for any investor. It is trading on the pinks so level II doesn't help. In terms of what this shell is, 50,000 US$ of trade in one day is quite unbelievable. No small time investor is going to put that sort of money into a dirty shell. There is speculation that someone (organisation) is moping up shares ready to do something with this POS but it is pure speculation. The shell probably has a tax credit of about 65,000,000 US$ to whoever opens it up again.

As for me I own about 350,000 shares of CMLK from about a year and a half ago when it was still.... a pure gamble.

Fundamentals...there are none
Filings recently...there are none
News....there isn't any

All we have is someone buying up shares......and hope :o)
