Significant progress has been accomplished since the President's letter to you of February 26, 1999.

<<<<<inserted dates at bottom - Jack. also, rumors Richard Jensen is unhappy with a Jack. hope it's not you ;-)>>>>

This letter will cover the following:

1.Summary
2.Current Situation
3.Sabin Metal Corporation
4.Ongoing R & D projects
5.Future plans

Summary

The assay results from Sabin Metal Corporation confirm that we can extract gold, silver and platinum group metals from our ores. The results are shown later in this
report. Sabin has requested a 1-2 kilogram sample of what we will typically send them in the future so that they can optimize the refining of our slimes.

Current Situation

The last month has been spent making further adjustments to our refining process, testing additional ores and doing confirmation testing. We have conducted over 50
tests.

Our process over the past month has improved in efficiency and has reduced in cost. We have conducted a number of tests using our anode slime as inquart with
good results.

All comparative testing (comparing different ores) starts out with new electrolyte. This results in a significant amount of precious metal going into solution in the
electrolyte rather than staying in the anode slimes. In production, as additional anode bars are processed (using the same electrolyte), the PGM concentration in the
electrolyte soon reaches a level approaching saturation. As this point is reached, the majority of the precious metals reside in the anode slimes. Thus, the samples we
send to Sabin in the future will have a higher concentration of precious metals.

Update on R & D Progress

Results to-date confirm that our anode slimes can be used as inquart in place of refined precious metals. The composition of our fluxes, the composition of our
electrolyte and our method of electrowinning will be finalized early next week to allow for the production of the 1-2 kilogram samples that have been requested. The
ongoing evaluation of the additional ores will be conducted at Hassayampa using their small furnaces. The intention is to develop a preferred refining method for each
ore.

Global Ventures will continue to develop a leach and precipitation process. They will also provide analysis and testing of our samples.

Future Plans

Our electrowinning cells at the Hassayampa Production Facility have been producing anode slimes since March 28. These anode slimes will be used as inquart.

Once the concentration of PGM in the electrolyte is high (probably by April 7) we will change over and start producing anode slimes for shipment to Sabin Metal
Corporation.

Comment

Because of the continued success with our process, management believes that it may be the right time to tell Global's story to the investing public so that they will see
the company's potential.

Long since numb.

Wish you could plaster the old releases into Jensen's mailbox every morning.
