1. 30 - 40 million $$ later...

2. 800,000 + shares @ $5.50 (April '99) later...

3. U.S. $ 5 million in $2.07 converts later (issued to fund Messina acquisition since $$ was thrown away - see 1.) ...

4. 300,000 $1.80 warrants later...

I agree Gord , I think shareholders are entitled to know what exactly this "bulk sample" has yielded having regard to the heavy price WE have paid for it.

About the only good thing that I see coming out of this is that it appears that the profoundly dilutive effect that this hamster and others have been harping on for close to a year now has FINALLY been capped. That said - shame on the hopefully soon-to be -former BOD and responsible management for this fiasco ; geez , my 14 year old manages his allowance better than this!!

Regards.

Hello Gord,

I have to agree. What a load of xxxx. All that money spent and they are giving away more SUF shares to have someone take it away from us. I suspect that the only reason they never told us what grades were at Camafuca is because we would be even more pissed than we are now.

The Board and Banning has a lot to answer for IMHO.

Totally disgusted!

Cheers !!! Peter
