Is this company for real? Friday morning I get an email saying that they are going to reverse an inquiry I made. IE a -1000 shate lot showed up in my account 2 days before and I wanted to know why. Well after 3 days and 30+ phone calls and 15-20 emails, There is not one person who can tell me if this is going to get done or not. Even the guy who sent me the email will NOT answer my email or return my phone calls.. Is this a real company???? What a joke!!!!!!!!!!! I can not close my account, I can not withdraw any money and I sure dont want to trade using this mickey mouse joint. HOW HARD IS IT TO TELL SOMEONE WHAT IS GOING ON WITH HIS ACCOUNT??????????????????????
