Unfortunately, your point is well taken, X. I have seen too much of the same tendencies toward bigotry and belligerence in many organized religions. However, the regrettable and even downright rotten behavior of some people does not mean that for many other people their faith doesn't serve to inspire attempts toward kindness when it is difficult to feel kind.
