Mike, I diasagree with you. I have never seen you being wrong before, and I honestly believe that you are infallible. I am disappointed that James Grant didn't check with you before publishing that obviously incorrect datum. As for credit creation outside the banking system, if that indeed plays a bigger role I am perplexed at the fixation that the thread regulars have with Fed actions (coupon passes etc.). -BGR.
