el paradisio: My data is full of intraday holes so I am somewhat winging it again today. As mentioned in earlier posts, I look at the NYSE and NASDAQ as behaving as if they are seated on opposite ends of a seesaw with the overall market's center theoretically being the axis of the seesaw.

Capital is moving back and forth between perceived opportunity and perceived safety. Think of the seesaw as also moving up and down as the two exhanges seesaw. At time both seats can be moving in the same direction before enough funds transition from one to the other and visa versa...<g>

So, the NAZ can begin to recover/rebound while the Dow continues up...for a while! Keep an eye on the axis of the seesaw for overall market direction. I think as I am typing the IND is beginning to look a little topy intraday. However, I think the axis of the seesaw may be getting ready to drop intraday as well...we shall see!

Regards,
LG
