PHCM 117 3/4 was called a strong buy by Piper Jeffries at $169 on March 31.. citing all the contracts future deals..etc. etc. Now that PHCM has corrected down to 118 isn't it a stronger buy? and what about investors who bought at $169.. too bad they got screwed. PHCM looks good NOW and not at $169.
