Hello Valuepro, I think that you are right in the risks but that is what what it is all about. The more the risk the more the reward. I still think that SUF is paying to have them take it away from us. You would think that they would have given shares to SUF to take over the project and not the other way around. I believe that the deal sucks and the Board should be sent packing. My opinion, worth about as much as the stock price and that is not much. Cheers !!! Peter
