Ive been watching the compx very close this morning and think its a little too early to call a bottom here but by the definition of how a bottom forms the nasdaq is forming one. Each dip down has bounced at a higher level then the last since the first test of 4009, then two bounces off 4016 and this last move started at about 4040 so its key that the nasdaq doesnt breach 4040 again today. Im encouraged.
