I do not believe in interfering in the affairs of other countries UNLESS they threaten the sovereignty of another country. So under my foreign policy you can kill as many of your own citizens as you want - that's internal- and NO military interference, BUT if you invade another country (no historical blabber about how it USED to be yours- I set the boundaries as they are) - so you invade Kuwait- intervention, you invade Tibet- intervention, etc.

If Iraq isn't invading anyone else (which it isn't) we should leave it alone. I've set this out many times- I do NOT, for example, condone getting involved in the civil wars of other countries- I don't care HOW bloody they are.

I think it would be a wonderful idea to kill Saddam Hussein by accident, like we bombed the Chinese Embassy by accident.Surely there is one CIA operative who is willing to retire prematurely. I don't like those innocent kids dying because we are too gutless to get rid of the guy causing the trouble.
