Well, I got cluefull guidance from one Bryan Henderson who has a two cent tip in this month's Linux Gazette about using Lynx to lookup words in the Webster Dic. I had an alias setup to do that and was using it regularly. Bryan told me about doing the bash function thing. He also gave me the McGyver decoder ring tip of using Lynx trace log ( ctrl-T - ctrl-R - ctrl-T - ; ) to sleuth down the parsing/syntax. --- I have about 5 cool funtions working now. Like I told Bryan, this is exactly what my web browsing experience has been MISSING! <g> --- I'll post all my ascended Lynx functions here after I get 10 or 20 working. -JCJ
