BigBull,

Many thanks for the information, I'll read it tonight.

Centennial Associates, L. P. was the largest shareholder in the last oil and gas company that I was with. It is run by Peter k. Seldin. Peter is an arrogant %$# hole, but he is one of the best Canadian stock pickers there is. He only invests in Canadian oil and gas and oil service companies. If you ever want to find Peter, just hang out at the Western Hilton in Calgary. His partner was Brian Dutt, I actually liked Bryan. Bryan and Peter had a falling out about a year or so ago and Brian now runs a hedge fund that he started in Houston last year. Peter once demanded that I fire one of my employees because he didn't like the was they responded to someone in his accounting department over a question that was asked.

I forgot that Peter was one of the reasons that I bought the stock.

Thanks,

Jim
