I scoured my files and only found one reference on this. It was a Corporate Update on the PFG website (when they briefly had a discussion forum there). The date was January 28, 1998 posted by PFG. It was the answer to many questions. They describe the deal as set forth in my earlier posts than states "Should Barrick fail to make a production decision by the year 2000, they must sell their interest in the project back to us for $10,000 or invest US $4 million per year until a production decision is made."

While digging, I also found this tidbit. "After Barrick has spent $10.5 million, Pacific Rim must contribute its 30% or face dilution. Upon dilution to 10%, Pacific Rim would face being bought out of Salta Gold." This was in the Lee, Zaunscherb & Assocoiates write-up of Feb 3, 1997.

Best of Luck,

Ross
