(NASDAQ: AMAT) price target to $120 from $105. -- said it raised its price target on LAM Research Inc. (NASDAQ: LRCX) to $65 from $57. -- said it raised its KLA-Tencor Corp. (NASDAQ: KLAC) price target to $105 from $90. -- said it raised Teradyne Inc.'s (NYSE: TER) price target to $110 from $90.
