i have to admit i love your consistancy on idtc, whether idtc was hovering at 20 and the market was soaring or now that the market has tanked and idtc has managed to be in the mid 30's. either way you have the same worrisome feeling about something missing. idtc should do well as the market recovers. unfortunately on taxes during the good times we do not need the tax cut and during the hard times, the govt needs the taxes. but it could be worse, gore might become prez.
