Mooster,

CYGN announced their choice of manufacturer a couple of weeks ago. I believe the FDA has to inspect it. Also see page five of the 10K, filed fairly recently:

Bottom line is a couple of months, give or take a couple of weeks, but that's just my WAG.

Cheers, Tuck

Mooster,

CYGN's website says yea or nay expected in the first half, so it could be up to ten more weeks. Meanwhile, these Cripple Ceek guys are pretty smart. CYGN is selling them $7 million in common stock with some warrants attached. The 424s indicate that as of April 3rd, the sale had not yet been priced. Hopefully they managed it by 4/7, because after that, the price went south with the market. But it wouldn't surprise me if Cripple Creek gets this near Friday's close, darn it.

Meanwhile, I am wondering if the company can sell in Europe pretty soon. I haven't seen much reference to the European situation since the receipt of the CE certificate in December. Might give IR a ring with regards to that and pricing of Cripple Creek buy.

Cheers, Tuck
