They gapped it down that close to 4000 and bounced it at almost exactly the same level almost exactly an hour later. That Mafia-like display of force means this ain't a sell. It wasn't the PPT at work this time, just good old-fashioned Big Money getting positioned for the next move.

This "failure" at 4200 is anything but. Way too orderly on the way up. They'll run 'Dung close to 4500 again by the end of next week, because it's just too meaningful a level for them *not* to screw around with it again. *That* is the sell IMO.
