I think OXY is going to upper 20's in the next few months. My calls will be so deep in the money that the time value will be minimum. Come January, if I want to hold them another year, I might flip them for OXY Jan 2002's. At that point in time, it will probably only cost a $1 per contract because they will be so deep in the money.

Right now I have bigger fish to fry. I am looking at the Dec 2002's, Dec 2003's and the Dec 2004's and salivating. I want to own 100 of these, probably 33 of each:

I just don't see oil at $18-$19 a barrel in 2-4 years. If Matt Simmons, Colin Campbell, King Hubbert, and Big Bull are right oil should be $29+
