The corollary to my theory is that big cap tech stocks have yet to fall and now they are finally showing relative weakness...ORCL is a great example.

Yes I agree over 50% of what you said. I have been rotating my winnings out of techs and back into large caps and some oils as hedges. Especially oil drillers. We have just begun to see the trend here and I believe its at least a year or more out this time.

Just think where the fund managers are going to be putting their monies sitting on the sidelines when they see what is happneing (and expected) in the gas and oil patches. Earnings estimates are already being raised on the major driller and service companies. Press is saying a oil shortage this summer/fall....you can guess what is going to happen here. I am getting in ahead of the game.

Trading the techs on the bounces....
