JimL, what is significant to me is not the absolute numbers but that Iran is doing a complete 180 in their policy toward Iraqi smuggling. They are saying to Sadam - it's over pal. Sadam must now truck or pipe his crude out, the sea lanes are being closed off to him. Would you want to take a shipment of Iraqi crude if you knew the likely hood of cooling your heels in and Iranian "detention center" was high? It seems to me that the price of Iraqi smuggling has gone up - way up.
