I'm not even going to watch the market tomorrow. What movie should I see? "Boys Don't Cry?" <g>.

Charles,

It's ok Charles, just take them all as contrarian
indicators. Once the dust settles on all this
volatility, Sun will move forward. This expansion
has a long way to go, yet, and the optimism that
drives the high p/e's hasn't waned. It may take
some extra convincing that profits aren't suffering
from interest rate hikes, fear of labor shortages,
or any other reason, but some strong back-to-back
quarters for McNealy & Co. will do the trick & we're
gonna be making money hand-over-fist. Mark my
words.

Gail Dudak has been wrong for a long time!

I'm depressed. I don't see why everyone is so upset. Even the S&P companies will have good earnings. Future earnings for many tech companies have never been brighter.

The analysts yap about PE even though technology changes our perception of reality with a blink of the eye. Well, almost!

According to TXN's CEO, Scott McNealy may wear his Dick Tracy watch in the near future. I find it difficult to attach a P/E to the impact that technology has and will continue to have on our lives.

Best Wishes,

Mephisto
