GB,

My mistake was even worse than that - the calls I bought by mistake were April 85s - not 80s :(

I didn't even bother to check what they were worth today.

I wanted to get out of them at a profit yesterday when AMD was trading at $78 - $79 range, but I was too busy to do any trading.

IMHO, today's selling was overdone. We may see a nice rebound tomorrow. I'm glad I moved most of my recent profits from Apr60 calls to long term AMD stock position (bought at $71) instead of buying expensive options (Apr 75s).
