Roger,

Thanks for the ZIXI idea. This puppy has rolled over big time. Nasdaq look like it wants to go back to September levels.

Roger...

As you know I have been short ZIXI. As you perhaps also know I am a dam poor market timer thus I generally go long or short based on convictions and not charts or other peoples opinion except those whom I respect.

I have been one of those dummies that has taken a bigger position than usual for me, shorting as it went up, with a now average short price of 40. I sweated it out a few days when it went to 96, not being boxed, but finally I am almost back to even. What a ride!

Now my question. With the new board member from the Lotus "fame" (can't for the life of me remember his name as I type this) do you think there is any possibility for a partnership or any other type of relationship with Lotus Notes.

I have read your notes about why corporate America would most likely not go for ZIXI and I agree with your reasoning. Nonetheless, a relationship with Lotus could give this stock a big push once again.

Thanks in advance.

Bob T.

I have had nothing but bad luck with ZIXI.. really annoys me to the point of punching the wall :)

I think ZIXI might try one small little bounce, but this sucker is finally FINALLY done.. I want to see this stock under 10.. Its so amazing they got it back to where they did,let alone it still trading 40

Given the Nasdaq close at its low on unremarkable volume, tomorrow might get really ugly for tech land. Nasdaq most actives bleeding red big time. Reminds me of the fire bombing of Dresden. Still short TERN EPNY and ZIXI. Long the oil drillers.
